Products & Pricing

A few things worth knowing before you order:

• Prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and may change without prior notice.
• We try to keep product listings accurate, but occasional errors in pricing, description, or availability may occur — we reserve the right to correct these and, where needed, cancel affected orders.
• Since our chappals are handmade, slight variation in color, texture, or finish between the photo and the actual product is normal and not considered a defect.

Orders & Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payment, card, or wallet details are collected through our website.

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm the order once it's placed and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or unavailable stock.
• You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as outlined in our Return Policy.
• Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate — we're not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, or high order volume, and are outside our direct control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are handled under our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
